"The most important thing going forward is to know what you believe and to be willing to stand up for what you believe. Because what happened the last four years is not an isolated event. COVID was a dress rehearsal. And you need to know your values and your beliefs, and what you want for your children. And you need to start building a group of people that you trust to learn from, to get help from. And you need to do that now. So that when it is needed, you have it" Questions To Ask Your Doctor

Navigating Vaccine Choices: A Parent's Journey Through Heartbreak and Advocacy
It is from the "From the Heart" segment, Dr. Paul shares two simple yet profound concepts: gratitude and humility. He expresses deep gratitude to the parents and individuals who have suffered loss due to a system blind to the real impacts of vaccines, acknowledging their courage in sharing painful stories to bless future generations. On humility, Dr. Paul reflects on his journey from being an ego-driven pediatrician, strictly following CDC guidelines, to becoming humble enough to recognize the harm caused by these practices. He challenges fellow doctors to look beyond institutional directives and do the deep dive required to truly understand the impacts of their actions, urging them to become part of the solution by embracing humility and informed consent.
"I had to learn to fall in love with the son that I have, not the son that I don't have. The son that I began with, I lost at five months of age. And I kept trying to get him back. And I had to realize that I wasn't going to get that son back."

How To Have a Healthy Child
"I think that if people like you and me sat on the committees that made decisions about vaccine administration, the same decisions would not be made; the academic people that tend to sit on the committees are looking at charts and looking at epidemiologic data that is fundamentally flawed, and don't have the opportunity to hear the same story over and over again, which is certainly impacted your career and my career in very profound ways."

In his From the Heart segment, Dr. Paul emphasizes the liberating power of simplicity, drawing from his personal experiences and observations during a family trip to Zimbabwe. He highlights the joy and peace found in a village with minimal possessions, contrasting it with the constant striving for and protection of possessions in city life. Dr. Paul concludes by encouraging us to embrace the moment, simplify our lives, and find freedom in simplicity.
"I think our self-love is really actually being present for ourselves... allowing yourself to grieve, to let go of what's been, of all of the ways that life did not work out the way you thought it would. Because you cannot find that part of yourself that wants to express itself, that wants to truly live and not just survive, until you start processing through all of that and letting it go."

"I've been counseling folks to do is… so we have an insurance issue as well, which sick kids, a system, ill-prepared to care for them and then parents whose insurance cover the system that's ill-prepared to care for the kids. So what I've been counseling people do, if possible when possible, some can do it some can, is can you get just some kind of emergency coverage for emergencies and then up for some holistic coverage, and there are some, like Good Samaritan and there are others that they can look into, or, you know, create your own fund with a family." Dissolving Illusions
"Vaccines have been around for about 225 to 226 years now. And for about 224 years, there have been many, many, many doctors, where vaccines are given, crying out in disgust and horror and regret that they had given vaccines to anyone. And because what they saw was healthy people declining into morbid sickness or mortal sickness and dying. So there have been doctors just like you and I, Paul, that long. And from the very beginning, those doctors were shunned. They were ostracized, they were bullied. And they were given many reasons to keep quiet."

Doctors Waking Up"Most vaccines don't actually even work by reducing the transmission of the illness. Most vaccines actually only work by making you the individual feel less sick, or maybe have a less severe course of their illness. But most vaccines don't actually prevent you from catching the infection and becoming mildly symptomatic and contagious to others. So for the most part, Paul, it doesn't even matter whether you're vaccinated or not, when it comes to the spread of illnesses."

Healthy Pregnancy Planning
"I think that we are in the middle of this kind of revival. It's not religious, but a revival of connecting with the divine with God. Because if you don't have that, and you don't get it, then your life, I like to say, it's kind of a booze cruise on steroids and rough weather. But once you know that we can be divinely guided, it changes everything."

Respiratory Relief
"Remember, exposure to germs is a given. There's never not a moment in your child's life or in your life where you aren't exposed to germs... exposure to germs is insufficient to create ailments. So, we need to look at other ways that illness could occur... be healthy in your diets, be healthy in the air quality, be healthy in the nervous system, reduce electromagnetic radiation, watch out for skincare products that have chemicals in them that you cannot pronounce. And be mindful that there is no amount of safety data to even glance at, regarding what is injected into your children."

"If parents switch from processed to a whole food diet, that's battle number one. Processed foods not only have GMOs and pesticides but also emulsifiers, chemicals, preservatives, and heavy metals. They are toxic soup. So, go back to basics and get every family in the kitchen cooking again."
