In his “From the Heart” segment, Dr. Paul talks about the importance of incorporating silence and solitude into our lives to make space for processing our thoughts and deep soul work. It’s in these moments that we can work on cultivating more peace, forgiveness, joy, and love. As parents, we have no greater gift to give our children than our unconditional love. The most important thing that I like to tell people is make sure again that you have a plan in place. If it's not my organization, just make sure you have a plan. There are others out there. But make sure that you have a plan for an advocate because nobody thinks that they need an advocate until they do. And then many times it's too late, you're behind the eight ball, get a plan in place, become a member, it's $30 a month and even if you don't need our services now, when you do need us, we're going to be right there to serve you and well equipped to be able"
