In this week’s From the Heart segment, Dr. Paul talks about masks and the beauty of breathing fresh air, a topic that is top of mind given Oregon finally removed its mask mandate. He discusses how masks promote anxiety, stress, and isolation, especially for children who have become accustomed to wearing masks as it helps them feel safe. We must demonstrate to them how to embrace the breath that gives us life – take in a deep breath of life and love, and exhale the fear!

This week, Professor Josh Guetzkow, Associate Professor of Sociology and Criminology at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, returns to update us on the recent data revealing alarming results on C19 shot and booster adverse events. He discusses the ethics of mandates and research, especially as it pertains to the legal efforts of the World Health Organization and public health departments’ efforts to attain emergency powers. He ends on a hopeful note, encouraging us to take advantage of these dark times by seeking out and making connections with good, likeminded people.

Next, we meet Chris, whose story highlights the challenges many parents face when they are not aligned on healthcare decisions for their child. Chris is divorced and has deep concerns for his teenage daughter due to the mother’s decision to give their daughter the c19 shot. He has great insight on how to communicate with a co-parent who holds different views and emphasizes the need to be grounded in faith and science to overcome fear.

In closing, Bernadette Pajer, VP of Informed Choice Washington, shares several informative resources that empower and educate us on actions we can take to heal our bodies, especially for those who have been vaccine injured. She also encourages us to identify and support good legislation that is working toward medical freedom rights so the powers that be can never do this to us again.
