    Picture
In this week's From the Heart Dr. Paul addresses the profound theme of loss, an emotion everyone encounters multiple times in life, leading to grief, anger, and frustration. While certain losses are inevitable, he raises concerns about impending threats to our freedoms. Rather than passively awaiting these potential losses, Dr. Paul emphasizes the importance of proactive measures to reduce their impact and perhaps even enhance our cherished freedoms.
We have to figure out what's best for our families on our own, unfortunately, and we can't trust our doctors because the doctors have had their livelihoods threatened and so they've gone along with the program."

In his From the Heart segment, Dr. Paul talks about the amazing interactions he had with mothers and fathers at the recent Southern Utah Birth Expo. These parents inspired him because of how they embodied an inner knowingness stemming from maternal and paternal instincts. This was a great reminder of how we all can tune our own instincts by keeping our minds open to knowledge and learning. Our openness will enable us all to know what’s best for our children!
