He explains the evaluation process for ADD and ADHD, touching on his personal experiences with his children and patients and how in addition to proper nutrition, connecting back to nature may be the best-kept secret in helping with all the distractions in today’s world. 
    ​But imagine if we just walked through the forest, and we did a little homeschooling of learning what's going on in this pond, and we didn't have screens, and we didn't have news and we didn't have movies, and we didn't have video games, you could probably down regulate the level of anxiety and intensity going on in the brain, where perhaps you could actually regain focus regain balance of your neurotransmitters.
