One where we're not afraid to give you the honest truth. And we're not afraid to ask tough questions either. Today I have a very special guest. I am bringing back ObGyn Doctor Scott Hankinson and we're going to delve into his wheelhouse. 00:02:00:12 - 00:02:19:44 Dr. Paul The host of things that you Can do if you plan to have children. So there's that preconception where you, you know, you're going to have a baby at some point, but you don't have a baby conceived. It hasn't actually happened yet. And there's things you can do then and that maybe you can just jump in Scott and and and kick us off. 00:02:19:44 - 00:02:44:22 Dr. Paul But let me just say one thing. The thoughts and ideas shared here. What I share, what Scott shares. These are our own views and they are not representative of PhD thought whatsoever. And of course, in my case, I am not practicing medicine at all. I'm no longer licensed. I'm retired and consider this show informational. Take the information. Do what you wish with it. 00:02:44:22 - 00:03:02:55 Dr. Paul Run it by your trusted, licensed health care provider. Well welcome, Scott. And, let's jump into preconception and then you can move us into pregnancy. And what can new parents, prospective parents do to really optimize the chances of a healthy baby and a healthy mom, too? 00:03:03:00 - 00:03:35:31 Scott Hankinson, M.D Well, Paul, gosh, it's, I feel very privileged to be on your show, and you have been a hero of mine for several years now. And just to let you know, every patient I see, I have a handout, they go right to you for anything. Yeah. So, nice to be here. Well. Thank you. So, yeah, the, you know, the there's two fields in medicine now that have really made a huge impact in, in my thought process and in my medical practice over the past 4 to 5 years. 00:03:35:36 - 00:04:04:43 Scott Hankinson, M.D And it centers around nutrition and more specifically, it centers around how nutrition impacts what's called the microbiome, which is the community of organisms that live inside of us. And, you know, we've we've always known that these bugs lived inside of us. We've always known that they were important. But with more recent technology of DNA sequencing, we now have a much, much better idea of the kinds of different communities that live inside of us. 00:04:04:44 - 00:04:24:18 Scott Hankinson, M.D And the functions that they do. You know, most of the bugs that live inside of us are what are called anaerobes. So that means that if we expose them to oxygen, they die. And that used to be the only way we had to analyze and evaluate what was in in our stool, for instance. And now, again with DNA sequencing. 00:04:24:23 - 00:04:56:46 Scott Hankinson, M.D So that is all to say that the way to optimize a person's health and a pregnancy. So this advice is just as applicable to grandpa as it is to the young, woman who's getting ready to plant a family. And that is to optimize nutrition. Basically, bring in the good and avoid the bad. And as it relates to the microbiome, the good is fiber now, not Metamucil, not citrus cell, but fruits, vegetables, beans and grains. 00:04:56:51 - 00:05:25:34 Scott Hankinson, M.D And so a diversity of fiber is the key to creating a healthy microbiome. And then, of course, it's avoidance of negative things that affect the microbiome negatively. And you know, these would be things like the pesticides that are in our food, the heavy metals that are in our food. And, you know, the more you investigate how toxic our world is, the more intentional we have to be to be healthy. 00:05:25:39 - 00:06:00:10 Scott Hankinson, M.D And and so microbiome and then that is then connected to this term called epigenetics. And epigenetics is another field that's just exploding and information and the potential is just phenomenal. I mean, I started learning about epigenetics a few years ago, by watching this Ted talk. And it's it's a Ted talk that I put on my YouTube channel where they just did an observational study of women or people that were born in Gambia. 00:06:00:10 - 00:06:25:42 Scott Hankinson, M.D So a West African country, no infrastructure. The wet season had huge diversity of food, the dry season had very limited diversity, and they tracked out people who were conceived. Now this is again tied in to the answer to your question. This study was tied into people who were conceived either during wet season or dry season. And then they followed these people out 20 years. 00:06:25:57 - 00:06:28:55 Scott Hankinson, M.D And guess what? They found? 00:06:29:00 - 00:06:35:04 Dr. Paul Well, the season that provided the best microbiome probably had the best outcomes of men. 00:06:35:04 - 00:07:04:06 Scott Hankinson, M.D Yeah, only six fold. So. So they followed these people out. And for some reason, the lines really deviated around puberty. Puberty? There was a six fold increase of death among the people who were conceived during the dry season. So and that's just kind of an observational study to back up what now, we're learning on a more molecular basis of how different foods affect our genes. 00:07:04:06 - 00:07:34:53 Scott Hankinson, M.D So again, epigenetics means that we can actually change our gene expression based upon what we eat. So for the pregnant patient it's not only a healthier pregnancy. So decrease risks of blood pressure issues pre-eclampsia preterm labor miscarriage stillborn decrease of all that. But the baby will be healthier. And where it's really wild is now they're looking into the next generations in a specially if your baby's a girl. 00:07:34:53 - 00:07:57:11 Scott Hankinson, M.D Because as most people know, the eggs and the ovaries are all being formed in utero and probably within the first ten weeks. So again, that first trimester is so key. And that's where the pre conceptual thing comes in. Because many of these things we're talking about just don't change overnight. The biggest one that I focus on a lot is vitamin D. 00:07:57:16 - 00:08:24:43 Scott Hankinson, M.D Every day that I look into vitamin D, I have another reason to recommend getting your levels adequate. And pretty much universally everybody, at least in the United States, have has vitamin D deficiencies and vitamin D has a long half life. And so it takes several months to get your levels up. But there are people there's one physician named Doctor Hollick out of Boston who's been doing vitamin D studies since the 70s. 00:08:24:43 - 00:08:54:10 Scott Hankinson, M.D I think he's got something ridiculous, like a couple hundred papers published and he shows decreased preeclampsia, decreased preterm labor, decreased C-section. Interestingly enough, that's kind of a, unique finding that I didn't really think was going to show. And, and again, but it all comes down to preconception. So so the bottom line answer is what I tell patients is greens be organic organic organic organic greens beans and vitamin D. 00:08:54:12 - 00:09:21:01 Scott Hankinson, M.D Get your vitamin D over 50 in the US use most labs. Use a low normal at 30, but that's because they're sampling a deficient population. People who spend their whole careers looking at vitamin D uniformly like levels minimum of 40 and most focus around 50. So my goal is to have everybody who's gets at the time of conception has a vitamin D of 50. 00:09:21:09 - 00:09:42:38 Scott Hankinson, M.D I mean, I used to really talk about plant a whole food plant based only. So being vegan, you know, and I still think the more plant based patients can be, the healthier they're going to be. But if you're going to eat meat, it's gotta be certified organic because, you know, start looking into glyphosate, start looking into cannibal called marinol. 00:09:42:43 - 00:10:05:11 Scott Hankinson, M.D I mean, these are two that I'm very aware of that have been outlawed in most countries, and we have tripled the use of Zairean, all Zaire and all that hyper growth, chemical that they inject into animals. And that is, the reason that most of the countries have outlawed import of American meats and, and grains for glyphosate. 00:10:05:11 - 00:10:24:56 Scott Hankinson, M.D So there again, it's it's optimizing the positive with the organic fruits and vegetables. And it's minimizing the toxins in pesticides, herbicides, other toxins that we get through skin exposure or, or something with sharp objects. 00:10:25:01 - 00:10:40:45 Dr. Paul Okay. So, all right, before we go on to the sharp objects topic, which I have to hit you up with just I know it's always tricky, but, you wrote a book, and I think it's addressing the microbiome, did you not? 00:10:40:49 - 00:10:42:36 Scott Hankinson, M.D I did. Happy bugs. 00:10:42:41 - 00:10:48:45 Dr. Paul Okay, so just briefly tell us about this little book. It looks like it's probably an easy read. 00:10:48:50 - 00:11:16:36 Scott Hankinson, M.D You said briefly. So, it's a children's book, and and my foreword, I say even though it's a children's book, think Toy Story. So think Toy Story, where the three main characters are three bacteria that are living inside a five year old girls colon. And this five year old girl named Emma is learning to make food choices. You know, her parents are helping her, making good food choices to keep her bugs happy. 00:11:16:40 - 00:11:41:34 Scott Hankinson, M.D And you know, the funny thing about it is that the the source or the thought to write the book came from one day I was literally when I was in this transition of cleaning up my diet and learning about the microbiome, I literally said one time to my wife when we were at the grocery store, and I kind of laughed at myself, and I was like, you know, now my mind is thinking, what choices would Beth want? 00:11:41:36 - 00:11:58:03 Scott Hankinson, M.D Beth is one of the main characters in the book Bifidobacterium or what? What choices are going to make my bugs happy? Or conversely, what choices are going to make my bugs unhappy? And that kind of was the start of the whole book. It really was that simple. 00:11:58:08 - 00:12:18:37 Dr. Paul That's fantastic. This is the kind of book I think we can start reading to our kids as soon as they're able to understand, because if if they get that concept and they're going to actively seek out organic food to avoid the toxins that are bad for Beth, what a brilliant way to change their whole future. Yeah. 00:12:18:37 - 00:12:40:28 Dr. Paul Well, thank you for thank you for writing that. In the realm of avoiding toxins, you know, I've been writing on vaccines, so it's sort of, a topic I can't avoid discussing, especially when I have a brilliant ObGyn and right in the palm of my hands here. And that's you. My recollection. And correct me if I'm wrong, because we trained around the same time. 00:12:40:37 - 00:13:00:09 Dr. Paul I don't recall there being vaccines for pregnancy. I it seems to me 30, 40 years ago, the womb was this sacred place where you know, you don't even eat big fish because they have too much mercury. You watch what you eat, you will. You would certainly want to try to eat organic, although that wasn't even a concern. 50 years ago. 00:13:00:09 - 00:13:13:35 Dr. Paul Everybody was eating organic. Am I correct in that somehow we we shifted our our way of thinking, and now you can vaccinate without regard for what's in the vaccine during pregnancy. 00:13:13:46 - 00:13:52:59 Scott Hankinson, M.D In ObGyn, our organization is called Acog or the American College of Ob-Gyn. And the vast majority of physicians basically just follow their recommendations. Their current recommendations is for vaccines and pregnancy Tdap between 28 and 36 weeks, flu every year, and the Covid vaccine still every year, and the RSV. So there's currently four on the recommendations for pregnancy. You know, again, the last four years have made me much more cautious and. 00:13:53:04 - 00:14:00:14 Scott Hankinson, M.D All I can tell patients is the, the testing has been pretty limited. Very limited safety. 00:14:00:14 - 00:14:00:58 Dr. Paul Testing. 00:14:01:03 - 00:14:31:41 Scott Hankinson, M.D On pregnant patients. Yeah. And the apps, the the need is the other way to start the conversation. Like, what is the likelihood that you're going to be in a position where the vaccine could theoretically improve, which are very low likelihood things? And I also encourage all the patients to read the potential side effects because they are listed. And if they take the time to read them, that will give them a more educated, approach to it. 00:14:31:46 - 00:14:54:45 Scott Hankinson, M.D So that's kind of where I fall down. I kind of fall down on on really telling them to do their own homework, look into it, the items, you know, the idea of them. I've never had a patient get severely ill from flu, even though when you read some of these websites, you would think that that patients are dying frequently from flu. 00:14:54:50 - 00:15:22:00 Scott Hankinson, M.D And, and there again, it's also the effectiveness of the flu vaccine. You know, none of us have ever thought the flu vaccine was very effective in the first place. And then you've got all the different ingredients in the vaccines, which, you know, the adjuvants seem to be the things that are causing potential issues. But more importantly, like you just kind of, addressed is we have a rapidly forming human being in your womb. 00:15:22:04 - 00:15:51:21 Scott Hankinson, M.D This the growth of this infant will never approach what it is right now. And whenever you're in a situation of a hyper growth situation, hypergrowth of hyper growth, you also have vulnerabilities like you never have again. So. So just like I'm sure you have observed with, vaccines after birth, timing is important that there seems to be, the younger the child, the more vulnerable. 00:15:51:36 - 00:16:15:52 Scott Hankinson, M.D So, you know, in utero is very vulnerable. I mean, we talk about avoiding fish because of the theoretical risk of mercury. And yet some of the vaccines still I mean, the Multi-Dose flu vaccine still has, thimerosal in it as a preservative. So, again, I just really encourage patients to do their homework, come in educated and, just be clear what they want or don't want. 00:16:15:57 - 00:16:45:59 Dr. Paul Yeah. No. Well put. It's so difficult today for physicians who are licensed to speak against their academies. Right. So yours is Acog. Mine was the Academy of Pediatrics because I wrote the vaccine friendly plan, which, God forbid, I suggested there might be a better way. It wasn't anti-vax. It wasn't pro-vaccine. So nobody liked me. The, folks who were really aware of vaccine in danger felt like the book was unethical because I was encouraging some vaccines. 00:16:45:59 - 00:17:11:43 Dr. Paul And of course, the people who think the CDC is is spot on. Or the AP American Academy Pediatrics. They hated the book because I was suggesting there might be some problems with some of the vaccines, or the timing of when. I like that you bring up timing. That's that's the part that just horrified me when I remember, like it was yesterday when Acog announced, adding the DPT DTaP to the schedule. 00:17:11:54 - 00:17:33:52 Dr. Paul And I was I know that's one of the aluminum containing vaccines. And I was just like, no, I mean, I couldn't sleep, I was just like, this made no sense. And of course, there was no safety testing. It's it's unethical to test pregnant patients. So they acquire some patients who accidentally were given the shot while pregnant and they didn't know they were pregnant, and they got it. 00:17:33:54 - 00:17:56:49 Dr. Paul And then they and then they try to analyze that data, and it's very poorly done. So you're absolutely right. We don't know if it's safe. Theoretically, it does not seem like it would be. I always I always wonder, you know, when they say things like you'll read well, autism's genetic because it starts in the womb. Well, what if you get toxins in the womb? 00:17:56:54 - 00:17:58:03 Dr. Paul I mean, the whole. 00:17:58:08 - 00:18:27:07 Scott Hankinson, M.D And another one that has come up in my, sphere in the last few years again, which again is is just something that's so around is Tylenol. Oh, yeah. You know, there's a guy online, William Parker that children's health defense. I got it, I got it. I was aware of him through children's health events, and he's got nothing to gain and everything to lose by talking about his observations and his studies. 00:18:27:12 - 00:18:43:54 Scott Hankinson, M.D Yeah. And, and, you know, again, no one, no one in this realm that I know of says we know for sure we we have enough suspicion to be cautious and especially for something like Tylenol that doesn't seem to work well anyways. 00:18:43:58 - 00:18:44:31 Dr. Paul Right? 00:18:44:36 - 00:18:50:51 Scott Hankinson, M.D Especially with pain. I mean, maybe it does with, with temperature fever, but that's a whole nother topic I know you could get into. 00:18:50:56 - 00:19:11:45 Dr. Paul Yeah. No, it doesn't work well for that either. Thank you for reminding our audience about the dangers of acetaminophen or Tylenol. It should absolutely not be in your home. It what it does is it blocks glutathione, which is one of our major detox molecules. And it's all risk and no benefit. And it has clearly, William Parker of Duke University, he's written multiple articles on this. 00:19:11:45 - 00:19:21:09 Dr. Paul It's closely linked with autism, as is glyphosate, by the way, which is why you need to eat organic. And as our. Yeah the injection. 00:19:21:14 - 00:19:43:19 Scott Hankinson, M.D Your friends with that I'm sure I interviewed her a few months ago and moms across America now is doing the studies that our government. Yeah do and they're very uncomfortable results. You know, things like baby formula. So, you know, we just have to be very aware that we live in a very toxic world, and we need to be intentional. 00:19:43:26 - 00:20:04:40 Scott Hankinson, M.D That's the bad news. The good news is we can do something about it. You know, it may not be perfect, but we can dramatically decrease our exposure to these things by buying and eating intentionally. So yeah, I mean, again, it's not a it's not a hopeless situation. All we need is somebody in the white House that will actually do something positive in this. 00:20:04:40 - 00:20:05:37 Scott Hankinson, M.D Right. 00:20:05:42 - 00:20:18:15 Dr. Paul Well, and, and folks, we have to take ownership of our own health. And so, you know, you can go to, Doctor Scott Hankinson YouTube channel. And what is that, by the way. 00:20:18:19 - 00:20:19:48 Scott Hankinson, M.D At Whole Foods Health. 00:20:19:57 - 00:20:22:55 Dr. Paul There, I see it on the screen. Perfect. 00:20:23:00 - 00:20:52:19 Scott Hankinson, M.D It's not a very sophisticated channel. No, it's just little things that it was it was put together for my patients because I'm so enthusiastic about these topics, and especially if the patients interested, I could talk all day to one patient. And that's great, except it doesn't help the schedule move along very well. So I use this YouTube channel as kind of a filter and I tell them to go to it, take questions and next appointment, you know, happy to cover anything they have. 00:20:52:24 - 00:20:59:13 Scott Hankinson, M.D And that was true for outsiders too. If you ask questions on the channel, I'll do my best to get back to you. 00:20:59:18 - 00:21:07:19 Dr. Paul Fantastic. So, to wrap it up, let me see if I've got this straight. We're going to eat organic starting before we get pregnant. 00:21:07:26 - 00:21:08:56 Scott Hankinson, M.D Organic? Organic. 00:21:08:56 - 00:21:13:24 Dr. Paul We're going to wholefood organic, most likely. Right. We don't want processed foods. 00:21:13:39 - 00:21:18:27 Scott Hankinson, M.D Oh, yeah? Yeah, processed by definition isn't organic. And I guess I can say that. 00:21:18:32 - 00:21:22:10 Dr. Paul Okay. And then, vitamin D, you got. 00:21:22:10 - 00:21:35:39 Scott Hankinson, M.D To get your levels, check your level, check your levels, make sure it's everybody's you know, we found out from Covid early on that, just as an example of people's levels were above 50. Nobody would have gotten sick. 00:21:35:43 - 00:21:59:44 Dr. Paul Yeah. So I mean, imagine that we even needed a, so-called vaccine. That wasn't the vaccine. If you had just had your vitamin D levels adequate, amazing information and then avoiding toxins, we've touched on it together. But, you mentioned, obviously the pesticides and, that other substance they're injecting to make animals, they're in all. Yeah. 00:21:59:49 - 00:22:00:51 Scott Hankinson, M.D No. 00:22:00:55 - 00:22:01:49 Dr. Paul So that's why. 00:22:01:49 - 00:22:13:32 Scott Hankinson, M.D You have here's a fun fact related to zero and all milk production in the US. Dairy milk production has tripled in the past 20 years, but cow numbers have stayed the same. 00:22:13:37 - 00:22:14:15 Dr. Paul Interesting. 00:22:14:15 - 00:22:14:34 Scott Hankinson, M.D Erin. 00:22:14:34 - 00:22:15:56 Dr. Paul All zero. 00:22:16:01 - 00:22:30:45 Scott Hankinson, M.D You know, one of the guys that I'll plug his name is Michael Greger. He's probably got the best website out there for nutrition called Nutrition facts.org. She's got lots of good videos on there. But that's that's a go to place that I send all my patients to as well. 00:22:30:50 - 00:22:50:00 Dr. Paul Fantastic. And then while pregnant, you've got to really think hard long and hard and do your own research. With regards to injectables. So what some people would call vaccines, I've got a new book coming out, VAX Facts. It's got a chapter on pregnancy is going to go a deep dive into this. 00:22:50:00 - 00:22:53:12 Scott Hankinson, M.D Oh, my patients are going to get a copy on their first visit. 00:22:53:16 - 00:23:07:23 Dr. Paul Well thank you very much. This this really is, I think, the book, vaccine friendly plan. I was in my early phases of understanding the risks. And we didn't have good vaccine vax studies back then. There are more now. 00:23:07:28 - 00:23:28:17 Scott Hankinson, M.D Oh, my gosh. And yours is obviously one of the one of the pillars. I mean, that's the part that gets me, you know, I have, three biological kids, three stepchildren. I would argue now that all of them have been injured and I didn't know that because these were all these other diseases that all the kids are getting all severe autoimmune issues. 00:23:28:30 - 00:23:38:02 Scott Hankinson, M.D Yeah. Rumors. And and when you go back and look at unvaccinated populations, they're like superhumans. I mean, they don't get sick. 00:23:38:02 - 00:23:41:22 Dr. Paul I mean, and when they rarely do get sick, they get well very quickly. 00:23:41:22 - 00:23:45:43 Scott Hankinson, M.D And even later on in life, like the control group with heart disease and cancers. 00:23:45:43 - 00:23:55:10 Dr. Paul I mean, that control group study, I mean, yes, it's the survey, but no heart disease, no cancer. No type one diabetes? 00:23:55:10 - 00:24:03:06 Scott Hankinson, M.D None. It doesn't even sound believable to me, but it's a scout study. But it needs to be reproduce, right? 00:24:03:10 - 00:24:08:13 Dr. Paul And we should be comparing Vaxed and Vaxed in all data sets. 00:24:08:15 - 00:24:19:55 Scott Hankinson, M.D Right? We could get 4 or 500,000 of unvaccinated people and do a study like that. And that would revolutionize health care in the world, not just the US, but I would argue in the world. 00:24:19:55 - 00:24:47:15 Dr. Paul Yeah. No, we we still, despite the toxic world we live in, we still can be healthy. You still can have incredible health, but you have to be extremely intentional. And I think you and I have touched on that, folks get Scott's book, go visit his YouTube channel and, yeah, take charge of your own health, take your vitamin D, and absolutely should be now on vitamin D. 00:24:47:15 - 00:24:50:06 Dr. Paul I happen to recommend vitamin D with K2. 00:24:50:18 - 00:24:51:59 Scott Hankinson, M.D Absolutely. D3, K2. 00:24:52:11 - 00:24:53:20 Dr. Paul Yep. You agree? 00:24:53:24 - 00:25:10:46 Scott Hankinson, M.D No, I'm six foot, 200 pounds and I take 10,000 a day. That's what I need to keep my levels up. My wife is, five or, 5 to 120 pounds. She takes 5000 a day. Yeah, we checked her levels and she's 86, and that's fine. That's where we. 00:25:10:46 - 00:25:26:42 Dr. Paul Want to be. So I'm on 10,000. Have been for probably almost two decades. When I check my level, I don't even bother anymore because I've done it so many times at that level of supplements. And I'm in my 60s for for my vitamin D level, which is just perfect. And, when I. 00:25:26:42 - 00:25:30:01 Scott Hankinson, M.D Think 50% reduction in breast cancer. Side note, by the way. 00:25:30:10 - 00:25:45:09 Dr. Paul Yeah, most cancers are significantly reduced by having an optimal, not normal, but optimal vitamin D level. So, yeah, I always say if there's one supplement I had to, I thought I if I could only take one supplement, it would be D3 with K2. 00:25:45:14 - 00:25:49:55 Scott Hankinson, M.D Yeah. Did have you routinely recommended it for the newborns as well? 00:25:50:00 - 00:25:51:33 Dr. Paul Absolutely. For probably. 00:25:51:42 - 00:25:52:23 Scott Hankinson, M.D For probably. 00:25:52:28 - 00:26:02:56 Dr. Paul A thousand for newborns, 2000 for the preschoolers, toddlers on up to school age and then 3 to 4000 for school age and teens and adults 5000. 00:26:02:58 - 00:26:20:27 Scott Hankinson, M.D So you and you were way ahead of the curve. You've been doing this for years. I bet you have at least 20 years. Wow, I and that makes me sad because again, I got clued into it at the beginning of Covid and, you know, kind of makes me sad that it took me that long. It took something like that to get me into the into the. 00:26:20:27 - 00:26:26:12 Scott Hankinson, M.D No. But, you know, I say all the time, we can't change the past. We can only, optimize the future. 00:26:26:16 - 00:26:45:16 Dr. Paul Yeah. And maybe to wrap it up on that note, I gave my kids the CDC vaccine schedule. I didn't know what I didn't know. And when you know better, you can do better. You can't unknow what you know. You can't unsee what you've seen. And that's the dilemma I believe. Scott, you're in now. You your eyes have been opened. 00:26:45:21 - 00:27:08:47 Dr. Paul And once you do your own deep dive and listeners do your own deep dive, don't don't believe us? Take a look at some of the most informative sources of information and you're on this children's health defense platform. You should subscribe to the defender. It is the most important online journal that exists and check out other shows. 00:27:09:00 - 00:27:34:40 Scott Hankinson, M.D We're kindred spirits in this, I know, but you know, I don't think being a physician is a job. It's it's a calling and it's an honor. And every patient I see, I feel, really a sacred honor that they put their faith in me. And, you know, sometimes they'll come in for XYZ reasons, and I'll bring up nutrition, and you know, I try to keep it soft handed and I have a hand out. 00:27:34:40 - 00:27:53:58 Scott Hankinson, M.D So if they want to pursue things, they can. But but I consider it an honor and a privilege and a moral and ethical position to be in that. I want to help them in any way I can. And I'm sure you feel the same way. And you felt the same way about all the kids who used to help. 00:27:54:03 - 00:28:13:01 Dr. Paul Yeah, absolutely. First, do no harm. We're here to serve and we're here to educate. That is sort of, by definition, what physicians and doctors are supposed to do is be an educator so that you can be empowered to have the absolute best health, and in this case, the best pregnancy and outcome of that pregnancy you could ever imagine. 00:28:13:12 - 00:28:26:29 Dr. Paul It is still completely possible. You can cast away fear as you grab hold of the reins of your own health journey. Thank you Scott. Doctor Hankinson, thank you so much and I look forward to interviewing you again in the future. 00:28:26:38 - 00:28:27:31 Scott Hankinson, M.D Thanks, Bo. 00:28:27:36 - 00:28:50:24 Dr. Paul Thank you. She never woke up. This is. This is the life that I have now. It's when you start thinking, okay, how do I end my life? 00:29:10:28 - 00:29:32:22 Unknown Something really, really, really sinister was going on. These were fundamental violations of human rights. It was hard seeing 25 year olds coming in with heart attacks, with strokes because they received the vaccine. The success rate of these patients getting better was next to zero. 00:30:02:49 - 00:30:08:31 Scott Hankinson, M.D Is this something wrong? This something has happened and you have to consider the vaccine. 00:30:08:33 - 00:30:11:55 Dr. Paul This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. 00:30:12:00 - 00:30:28:10 Unknown You shut up. You're on your own watch. Maybe you will suffer for having not done what we had to do. That, to me, was a crime against humanity. And a violation of my oath. We will continue children's health, defense will continue, and we will not stop until there's justice. 00:30:28:10 - 00:30:49:14 Unknown And it's never, ever happens again. 00:30:54:33 - 00:31:20:27 Dr. Paul I look forward to running together with the wind at our backs, revealing the science that gives clarity in our world that's full of propaganda and misinformation. The Vaccine-Friendly Plan is a place to start researching your decision on whether or not to vaccinate according to the CDC recommendations.

The Vaccine-Friendly Plan
Dr. Paul's book, The Vaccine-Friendly Plan, may not align with his latest findings on the Vaxxed-Unvaxxed data. However, it still serves as a valuable tool for those who follow the CDC schedule. The book offers peer-reviewed information encouraging parents and guardians to think critically about vaccine decisions. While Dr. Paul cautions against following the Vaccine-Friendly Plan, it can still be a helpful resource for those seeking a starting point for their vaccine journey.
Dr. Paul's research: https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/17/22/8674/pdf, though wrongfully retracted as shown in this study: Revisiting Excess Diagnoses of Illnesses and Conditions in Children Whose Parents Provided Informed Permission to Vaccinate clearly shows that those children who were not vaccinated were much healthier than those who followed the Vaccine-Friendly Plan. |
The Addiction Spectrum
Opiate addiction is the single most significant public health crisis facing Americans—it affects over 2 million people and kills 115 of them every day.
